@hoseinkazemiyazdi, the manpower plan form I uploaded is generic it can be used for any industry the concept and process is the same. That’s the beauty of HR.
@satizkumar, you receive a request from one of the department that they require to recruit someone lets say a project specialist for project department you have an interview with the manager and this is what you require to ask
• Why does he need another project specialist
• What are the gaps in the departments
• What are the up coming projects required to work on that needs a designated specialist
• What would be their job description
• What would they be their KPI of the year (since there is a need) then they know what does that need require to full fill
• What is the education level require
• What are the professional certification that individual should have.
• Cant these projects be done internally by distributing the tasks to existing employees
•How much your going to pay them.
Based on these questions “please refer to the form I up loaded which is very easy to follow and process” is produced to the management to include the required individual to be recruited in the next year manpower planning budget.
