I recently joined with an Medical Transcription company as HR they have software development team as well.
They dont have PF and ESI deductions as if now.
What is the procedure to start up with those.
Is PF and ESI deductions are manditory??

To find out HR policies for Field Staff AND for Back Office Staff, I would suggest you to do a survey of pharma companies of your size. From the survey you will come to know the compensation paid to field staff, back office staff, HR Policies governing field staff etc.
