I am Sagar Joshi working as Sr. Executive – HR in new setup Pharmaceutical Company. I am in process to make the HR policy regarding employee grading system (grades & designations) for a uniform, stable and reasonably of all employees. I want to know how the companies adopt the different systems to grade their employees.
Anybody have any related draft copy of policy or word format for grade system where we can benefit from, please share with me.
Please Suggest for improvement

Hi Sagar ,
It will not be legal if an HR shares the Grading policy document . It involves the budegtary , legal and business model releated decisions . Hence suggest you the following :
Prepare a document on your very own idea based on the situational requirement . Let it be vague initially. It will build your learning points.
Benchmark a company or a group of company , may be your competitors or the industry leaders in your vertical.
Then start approaching the seniors in your field to validate your document .
Involve a lot of research when you do it. Initially you may not get any inputs . So conceptualize and communicate .
I have attached link of certain documents for your reference . They should help you make a start.
