I have recently joined an organisation and here we do not have any salary slab , can you just help me out in this? how shall I prepare the salary slab and do the employee grading?
This is an IT co, there are 13 programmers, 2 project managers, 1 HR, 3 directors.

I was just wandering if you could throw some light on how I will decide how much salary would be given to each one of them, what is the usual procedure followed in the companies so that the salary range fixed is according to the industry standards?
