Mr. Dixit,
Nobody is supporting anything. Every1 is just appreciating the information posted on Cite HR.
Regarding your concern, it is not even good for an employer also. Since an employer has to pay more % in ESI contribution than that of an employee. Now an employer also has the liability to enroll more no. of employees in ESI(Below 15k rather than 10k)
Also as far as the treatment in ESI hospitals is concerned, ESIC must have had initiated some good services too during the discussion with autorities.
I suggest, lets wait for the notification & get some more details aboutthe same.
Warm regards
Sumiksha

Thank u,
This is very much useful to me
because our employees somebody have 9k to 10k salaries they are not intrested to come to photosession for esi magnetic cards because if they get increment they won't cover under esi. this wil helps them to attend esi photosession and they are also happy when read this

Yes you are correct. No Private employees are preferring ESI because of its poor services and long time in getting the service.
In some pvt companies, the management is cutting the both the cohntributions from the employees pocket only. this will be a bad news for them.
Any how this post is informative and hope the circular will have some changes regarding the ESI Services.
