Sorry...I tend to agree with Ajmal. For an organisation as Tata Aig one would expect a much more detailed and professional HR Policy. Please note Zhuman's comment....

Good to know about HR policy of TATA-AIG. But I am very unfortunate to say that TATA AIG has ruined a professional career. They do not have proper grievance handling dept.
