Hi, Rishab
You can locate your nearest 'regional provident fund comisioner's' office through EPFO website. kindly click or copy paste in new browser window the below link to locate your region office of PF commissioner.
EPFO <link updated to site home>
Further, you can contact any of your local advocate or consultant who is working as commission agent for PF registration, termination proceedings. They will take very nominal fees to reimburse your PF amount. (If you want to withdraw you PF amount and want to terminate your PF acount, you should do it within 1 year). after that pF account closing proceedures are differs and a bit lengthy.
further if u are not satisfied with the service of PF office you can lodge complaint on
www.poportal.gov.in
provide all details of problem you have,
Hope this information is helpful to you,....
