All documents which are required to be collected when recruiting any other employee should be collected from Drivers and Office Boy also. Besides, you may ensure that the driver posses a valid driving licence.
If you employ any illiterate Office boy/ driver, then you can ask for a letter from a known person who will confirm his identity and address.

You need to collect the copy of valid driving license and DOB documents for the driver. For the office boy collect the DOB documents, address proof, photo ID and previous employment details (if any). It is extremely important that for both the driver and the office boy, you submit a copy of their photo ID proof along with address proof to local police station and request for verification. These days the PS does that for free and as a gesture of service.
