How to write a good JD?... what are the main aspects of a good JD?

Dear Niluka,
Writing Job Description is the most important aspect.Basically,it depends on the position you are looking & applying for and U have to describe the things in such a way that it should atleast motivate an employer/consultant to shortlist your candidature for an personal interactive session. But keep in mind you should be in a position to answer whatever you have described in the job profile.
regards & best wishes.
