Why must we feel better about ourselves by putting others down?
This was a very juvenile attempt to make one satisfied with their job. There are lots of ways but the one shown in your ppt is a very temporary one.
Everyone's problems are genuine and just because someone else has it worse than you, does not mean your problems does not matter! this sends out the wrong message.
