Dear Friends:-P
Actually I am working as a Sr. HR Executive in a MNC & also doing MBA(HR) through distance learning concurrently thinking of doing Company Secretarial course from ICSI therefore just wanted to know if doing CS alongwith MBA(HR) would help in building my career best in HR in near future.
I am keen to do CS as my goal is to become a COO or HR Director of the company and I also have looked up to an advetisement for the position of a HR Director in newspaper few days back where it was mentioned that CS degree would be an added advantage so guys what do u think whether I should go for this course or not?
Also do let me know the scope of CS & MBA in coming years.
Awaitig for your earliest reply!!:!:
Thanks in advance

Dear Anu,
MBA & CS is the good combination.
but, by the end of the day it all depends upon how u take your skills to work or to produce outputs. means proper organization of skills & used them at the right time is more important.

Hi Anu:
Let me first suggest you the following:
1) If you want to do CS alongwith MBA (HR) that is a very nice option.
2) If you want to LLB there are humpteen universities offering LLB courses through distance mode.
3) No matter a science graduate, lots of universities are offering LLB courses through distance mode.
4) But CS/LLB/MBA(HR) just think about the mix once again.

There are unversities such as University of Madras, Annamalai University (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) who offers LLB courses on distance mode.
But if you want to do CS, the distance option would also be best, as for CS also many institute offers CS course. Institute of CS of India has regional offices all over metros and you can search on it.
I think i have given a bit of guidance or suggestion. Go ahead after careful consideration of views of seniors.

Dear,
It would be better if you go for MBA +LLB.
Because you should feel proud once you become and HR Director, as you are rich with HR Management concepts which all have a strong bond with Indian labour laws.
Go ahead with serious study of LLB +MBA
Good luck
