Hello everyone,
This is Shrenik. I am a commerce graduate having graduated 2 years ago.
I wish to make a career in HR (& Industrial Psychology later).
Right now, I am unable to decide as to which one to choose, amongst the following 2 options (Considering that I am also interested in Industrial Psychology):
1. A post-graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) OR
2. An MBA degree in HR.
How can I get into Industrial Psychology later? (HR & IP are 2 very related fields, if I am not wrong).
Your guidance will be very much valuable & helpful.
Thank you.

Hi Shrenik, From where/which institute are you planing for the PG in PMIR and MBA HR? ~Shehwar

Hi,
I would suggest to go for PMIR not MBA as you are planning to make your career in Industrial Psychology.
MSc in Pychology, with specialisation in Industrial psychology is another good option.
All the best
