Valentine's Day: The HR Way
Valentines Day is the one day when people who aren't particularly romantic get the chance to be so without feeling self-conscious about it. If you don't need it, fine, but some people do?
Do's and Don'ts of Valentine Day
1. Never wear red make a point of not talking about the 14th of Feb. If someone wishes you a happy one, do not show a reaction.
2. Don't go out to dinner on the evening of the 14th of Feb. You will be in the crowd of celebration & contributing to financial gain of <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) whom have plans just for lovers that is over priced and over crowded.
3. A movie and food prepare in a crock-pot so dinner will be ready or fix something simple that evening. Dress in your comfortable lazy <link outdated-removed> for a night to LOVE yourself and watch a I am Anti-Valentine movie.
4. Ant-Valentines Day is on a Saturday this year so plan an overnight PARTY. Now this is the real trick to this party. Invite your male & female FRIENDS not ex-lovers! Have it at your place or better rent a cabin & divide the cost. Rules are everyone must spend the night. You know that sooner or later the Ex's will find out (if you want that) and you will have gotten your point across to yourself and someone else if that is your reason.
5. This maybe the most positive way to be Anti-Valentine is to remember to LOVE YOU take time to remember the family who does LOVE you this simple gift for you can make you more positive and feel true love.
6. Be thankful for whom you are & what you have achieved in your life no matter how small or big, it all counts. Think about the path you have taken, the path and details only you can appreciated.
7. Trip over love, you can get up. Fall in love and you fall forever.
8. Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind
9. The lover is a monotheist who knows that other people worship different gods but cannot himself imagine that there could be other Gods.
10. We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.
11. Love helps us to communicate with God.
12. Love is like a fire. Whether it is going to warm your hearth or burn your house down, you'll never know.
13. Draw a circle, not a heart, around the one you love because a heart can break but a circle goes on forever.
