I have to issue a appointment Letter to one of our employee who has been recently appointed as an Sales Manager, Now the same Sales Manager after completing his 3 months will be appointed as an Branch Manager & his salary will be increased.
Now can i prepare his appointment letter mentioning That after successfully completing your 3 months you will be appointed as Branch Manager and your revised salary is so and so & also wanted to know as how to mention salary in appointment letter i.e current salary deatils or his revised salary after completion his three months.
I had already issued him Offer letter the designation mentioned is of Sales Manager.

Hi,
ideally u shud issue an appointment letter with the salary and designation as per sales manager mentioning of the confiormation at the end of 3 months subject to performance.
thereafter, on completeion of 3 months, you can issue a confirmation letter alongwith a promotion as branch manager with revised salary.
the offer letter and appointmentv letter shud carry same specification of candidate's details of joining.
