Some pointers to perk up and make ur ppts perfect:
The presentation content could be broken into smaller points or bullet points of info.
Paragraphs call for low retention.Only the begining and end points are retained the maximum, so look to break your paragraph into interesting 'key words'
As a receiver, i seek to hear and read, therefore, i wish to hear quite some info from you and read critical info like stats, charts and lead-ons onthe ppt.
Add related pictures, quotes and backdrops to mae it snazzy.
Add bullets, arrows and custom made devices to make it engaging.
Don't use darker tones of the backdrop's colour as font E.g Maroon font on red background!
Imagine yourself as the audience and what you will look for and then compose!
