Hi Shyamali,
I saw your earlier posts and i think you r the right person to consult about HR courses after Master's degree in HR.
I have done Master's degree in HR and want to study further but i m confused what should i study so that it will be an added advantage. I dont want to do any diploma course as i have done masters in Personnel Management.
How about M.phil or Sociology course? I m in pune and want to study in pune itself as i m also working as well.
Please do help me for the same asap.
Thanks,
Gauri

HI Gauri,
I hope this question was not only for Shyamali?
Can I anwer this?
There are many options you can choose after your MPM depending upon which career you are in to.
Suppose you wanna be in academics you can surely go for M.Phil and Phd also. There is nothing better than PhD for this line.
If you are in corporates then you can go for specialised courses, something more specific such as degree in Training and Development, Certified courses in Recruitment, Performance Management etc
If you are inclined towards IT, then SAP HR course is wonderful and will help you in long term as well.
And dear Pune is a wonderful city, there are so many options for studies there. I'm also a pass out of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. :D
Cheers
