Dear All,
The company registered under Shop and Establishment wishes to keep woman employees in night shift. To get an exemption or approval from authority, who is the authority to release the same?. Please help me with your input to approach the appropriate authority.

Hi Andy
There is no impediment in engaging women employees in the night shift, but we have to follow the guidelines given by the Apex Court in "Vishaka & Others Vs State of Rajasthan" case. Hence go through the judgment and follow the guidelines without any deviation.
