Hi, Myself Niresh . Am a 2014 MBA Fresher. I have done my B.Tech- Information Technology and later on i completed my MBA from HR . I would like to start my career as a HR , But unfortunately there is a slight openings for HR in a reputed Organisations. So, Shall i start my career as a HR recruiter in a consulting firm ? Is it ideal ? If i worked for a consulting firm will it be helpful to build my career as a HR in a MNC's in future ?
As i don't have any proper guidance on this , please kindly help me to overcome this situation.

I think you should look long term and if you have good communication skills,ability to understand others viewpoint and convicing skills than you shuld opt for cosnultant role in Oracle apps hrms functional side.ERP is always top paying jobs and so you can have good future here.Also as Oracle HRMS is popular in many foreign countries and you can think of abroad too.
There are ways to get trained in this field and one of the good training institute is educrafters training academy in Pune.They give online ,classroom training as well.

dear sir,
this is geet and i am working in a atul auto group, is a partnership based company and they are having dealership of tata motors & sells commercial vehicles for that i have to make these below mentioned hr policy which includes
policies description
working policy for management
wage policy payroll
leave policy for office employee
employee policy for worker
wage audit policy
sir i am fresher just joined organisation please guide me how to make these policies and provide me some valuable guide or sample so that i would get to know about what will be structure of it and what i should include in these or what should be content of these above mentioned policies

Hi, i m shalini. I did my mba in hr and marketing but due to lack of openings in hr i started my career in marketing. Now i want to again start my career in hr. Is it a compulsion to start it as recruiter. What to do? How to do? Please guide me.

You have an MBA! that too in HR...you should try for senior positions in HR. Try to learn payroll processing similar to the way work is done in Payroll division. Try payroll courses of either v-skills or Iravya learning. If you ask me I'd suggest iravya's pf & esi complete study courses as they helped me. I was lucky to get direction from my senior at work. Good luck in your career.
