"Thanks for the Gazette of the ESI, but sir already we are deducting the new 21 k wages from Nov 2016 month and paid the same in Dec 2016 what about that contribution will it be applicable or not before the Gazette publised date mentioned plzzz inform and thanks for your immediate response from Sriniva" ...
