It is a good posting overall. But I want to suggest here that some quote of the rules/sections under the applicable laws/Model standing order act/terms of employment, makes it very legal, while stating any miscondut Or breach of act.

Thanks for sending all the information on this site.
I am in job where only 7-8 peoples are working n i am working as sales coordinator and has compeleted my MBA in international business as major and HR as minor, now i want to change my job and to work in HR fields what should I do? apply as fresher or some things else.
I am not in position to decide what to do next as now in present company no further growth.

Good posting gives basic Idea for day to day drafting in HR Deptt. Must be customised by including the company policy, reference of clause of Standing order, terms of employment, legal interpretation of apex court.
Its a better effort will definetely help the HR professional.
