hi,
I also faced the same problem, to control this note down the following points which
1. The universal factor that as the age grows, you will automatically will be calm.
2. Wake up at 4.00 am and sit on meditation for atleast half an hour, try to
increase the time gradually, just concentrate at centre of forehead"
3. At work place if you angred, just drink a glass of water and go out of office to
some tea or pan wala spend out some few minutes and came back.( switch off the
mob at that time.)
4. Last but not the least, Those who make you angry they are INGORABLE persons,
you see many dogs are barking at the side of roads , do we also barke on them,
...................., we just ignore it.
5. You see when you went out to watch a movie you have to reached to cine hall
and you have just the time left in which you only can reach to hall, at that time
you never look who is crossing you, or any events or any thing happened on road,
because you have only one target to reach out to hall in time otherwise the movie
will start. in the same way set you goal/aim and start for that. ignore everything
else.
Hope this will help you out.

Also, when you are cool, just think of the effect of your anger. You cannot ignore all those who make you feel angry. They may be trying to change your attitude.. Change your attitude / presentation, then see the difference.

The instinctive, natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively. Anger is a natural, adaptive response to threats; it inspires powerful, often aggressive, feelings and behaviors, which allow us to fight and to defend ourselves when we are attacked. A certain amount of anger, therefore, is necessary to our survival.
