The questions u have asked mostly will be the result from books bt i will try to give whatever i felt

1. The expectation of an employee from HR Professional may be put as give & take business.Because an employee wants that he should be taken care in professional point of view he should be given enough freedom in order to carry out the activities and also there should be good rapport between him & Boss.

2. The expectation of Mgt. is that the employee should do the activities as per the requisite way & also in timely manner so that the Boss himself able to carry out the other activities relating to Business mainly strategic decision making .

The main moto is that both the Boss & Employee work like Business partner in order to carry out the work properly.

3. From the Company's point of view,HR Professionals are the nut bolts of a machine they r silent partner to the Business. Why i say not bolts because they normally dont come to the picture bt they r the one who holds on the machine

Similarly they should ensure that everything should move properly in order to run the company. Because they have to take care of all the other members of the Company.

So, company thinks that HRprofessional should do the work as per the Business requirement. so that in the long run, Co. should move as a larger interest of the company point of view.
