There are 2 ways to conduct the open house:
1. Send a mail to all employees and inform them about the open house meeting ( some senior member in the system has to anchor and anwers the queries raised.
HR has to document all the quieries and answers. The queries which was not answered can be updated in the next open house.
2. Send mail to all your employees in advance, keep suggesstion / query boxes. collect all the suggestions / queries and ask one of the senior member in the system to answer.
Please ensure that all the dept heads like ( Head HR, Fin, IT, OPS, etc ) to be present in the open house.
