Those who liked my last post and have interest on IR issues can check Business Manager June'08 issue. One interesting article of mine is there on PF. You can check post of Mr Anil Kaushik, the editor of Business Manager dated 08/06/2008 to the forum in this regard.

Hi Indrail,
It was very useful information. I have a small doubt on the mapping system. While mapping behaviour competany due we use numeric number to represent level of competancy or do we use word like
1.Average
2.Proficient
3. Excellent
We should also have different degree/level under each competancy and that should be marked Average/Proficient/Excellent. But for technical/functional competancy you can use the numeric number
I would appreciate your feedback
