Who is final authority to regarding Excluded employee ?
If a new joinee give false information to the new employer regarding his PF deduction in earlier company than who his responsible for this ?

Hi,
No one has the authority to exclude an employee from PF act. If an employee submits a wromg PF number then noone is responsible for this as he would be starting off with a new PF account in the new company.

An employee is getting Basic + DA is more thatn Rs.6500/-. Can an employer deduct employees contribution and deposit without the employers' contributuin?
