Hi,
There is no prescribed method of checking the attitude. You can judge attitude during conversation and by carefully observing body language or you can ask him about his past experiences that how did he handle a particular situation. You can also give him any hypthetical situation and ask for a solution according to him.
With the help of all these indications you can judge the attitude.

Dear Sunita,
There is no specific way to check the attitude of an employee. However, "Behavioural Interviewing" is one of the best method to assess the suitability of employee.
Past behaviour predicts future behaviour. On this premise behavioural interview is conducted. Naturally, one's behaviour stems from attitude.
In traditional interviews, we check knowledge of the candidate, where as in behavioural interviews we check whether the candidate has applied whatever knowledge he has.
If you can train yourself or other Managers of your company on "Behavioural Interviewing". I have handled this training programme many times. If required, you may call me for this training.
For additional information about me, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post.
Warm regards,
