I m giving u. " How SAP- HR is benefitable for buisenss" or "Affect on private business with applicabilty of Reservations System" etc.
Just u read news paper u ll get burning topic related HR.
Now question of shorlisting of participants. if u r a member of it, pls keep watching of paricipants communication skill and points related to topic. collect all information and make a list with ranking like how judge gives judgement........
