I need one confirmation on P.F contribution break up, mentioned admin charges of .65% (actual is 1.1%), is this detls gvn as per ap state. wethr admin chrgs differ state to state, kindly confirm the same, rest its a good information.

It is observed that P.tax rates in A P old one as Per the
G o ms no.21, dated 07.01.2008 as follows:
Up to Rs.5000 nil
From Rs.5001 to Rs.6000 = Rs.60 PM
From Rs.6001 to Rs.10,000=Rs.80 PM
From Rs.10001 to Rs.15000= Rs.100 PM
From Rs.15001 to Rs.20,000=Rs.150 PM
Above Rs.20,000 = Rs.200 PM

Dear Members,
Leaving aside E S I & P F Acts plz go through the State Rules if for your unit appropriate Govt. is the State Govt. Adhere to those formats which are there in your State Government Rules for maintenance of records. Also examine the formats of returns under the respective rules & sent them in time to the appropriate Authorities for proper enforcement of various Labour Laws.
This is just for the information of the members. If I am on wrong footing then plz guide me accordingly for my knowledge sake & oblige me.

I am working in a manufacturing industry. please advice me on the following
1. Leaves Encashable : as per factories act is there a provision of leaves encashable.
2. Holidays : what is the minimum number of gazetted holidays as per factories act?
3. Apart from EL / PL are there any other leaves like Casual, Sick etc...
4. In corporate office - I have laid leaves / holidays like EL / Casula, Maternity, Pertininty, b'day / anniversary leaves..15 gazetted holidays for healthy and employee oriented company. Is it necessary to have the same policies of leaves / holidays in factory also.
Please guide me. I am in need on urgent basis.
