wanted an urgent help...one of my friend wanted to know the use of MIS in the preparation of Recruitment Process in corporate and how that can be used to maintain a good record on the daily basis.could you pls help ..
basicallly how the database is maintained and how it can be used in the most effecient way..a tentative format for the same will do the needful....
