Real nice reality check on knowledge sharing: “The simple fact is that staff simply don’t ‘share knowledge’, they conduct whatever work activities are required in their jobs. In our terms this may include sharing knowledge, but to them they are ‘updating client details’, ‘discussing project schedules’ and the like.”......

Knowledge sharing is good for the organisation health in the long run, yet, we are at the receivers end sometimes the knowledge sharing did not divulge some of the issues that is a storm in the cup and every one did not share full knowledge as that may become a full information outgoing from their administration... thus knowledge sharing is limited only the outdated and the transformation which already happened is being shared ...
