Hi Joseph, Thanx a ton for the 10 lac break up. Is it possible to have a break up for 7.8 lakhs?? Is it worth to include Bonus to avoid tax in the CTC?? I am working in NGO consulting, can I benefit for telephone bills, medical, etc. Can U pls let me know the Basic, HRA, with Annual benefits break up. Would really appreciate :-)

I need to design salary for MD & Director. He is going to be MD in one or Two cos. And director in another 3 cos. His salary in each company is 36 lacs pm. apart from this he is entitle for house, cars , Driver, PSO, Fuel, Maint., Cook, Domestic Help etc…
He is a foreigner and is on Indian board. Can anyone please design a package f that can ensure maximum take home, keeping in mind indian taxation laws.
