Hi
I would like to know if recruiting business is any profitable? I mean there are hundreds and thousands of such companies and freelancers. Are all of them able to manage/get a client/business? More importantly, getting paid for their services?
Is there room for new company to join? How will you get business? Is there scope to offer other services.

I think Yes.There could be thousands having the same way, but the vision towards this matters a lot. Have good knowledge about your business plan and clients, then it actually works well. i know consultants who really make good money with their right efforts.

Dont try to have too many clients. just have four strong clients and do the service good.....try to go through referral. dont invest on too many things in the begining.just try to increase your network getting resumes through your friends.do the business development on the side.once you get some billing invest on portal, labour all that. with four clients only you could make could money.dont only concentrate on IT. do concentrate on other companies too.

The above proverb is applicable in all cases. I remember another quote from Mr Shiv Khera\'s book \"You Can Win\"; \"winners do things differently\". What ever the venture a person starts, there should be some thing new and value addition. The book \"Who moved my cheese\" also will give good insight.
