There's nothing like specific list of questions for a telephonic round. It varies from the interviewer to interviewer. mainly it will carries questions like Tell me about your self, your current drawn salary, nature of business the candidate is in, (if fresher, then when did he complete his/her studies,in what field), asking some thing which is very uncommon.

Reason for calling
Ask is he/she ready for telephonic round
1) First question should be about candidate intro?
2) Current work Status?
3) If working then where?
4) What were the job responsibilities?
5) Current CTC?
6) What kind of job they are looking for?
7) Why you want to join our Organization?
8) Expected CTC?
9) Why want to quit from current job?
Note:- Ask one or two Logical question that will show candidate decision power.
