HELLO SENIORS,
I am working as a HR EXECUTIVE in a small organization. I want to know what are all forms in PF and what time i have to issue these forms to employees and when i have to submit the forms in the PF office. Seniors if you have the format of PF forms pls attach. I dont have well versed knowledge in PF and ESI. PLEASE HELP ME.

Following is a list of the forms for PF
1. Combine challan 1, 2,10,21 & 22 (single form) : used for payment of PF to the authorised bank
2. Form 5 & Form 10 : for intimation of new members joining the fund & leaving the fund (to be filed monthly)
3. Form no. 12 A : used for filing monthly returns
4. Form 2 (revised) : used for nomination of PF (to be filed at least once when a new member joins the fund)
5. Besides this you have to give the PF breakup list (Employer contribution, Employers Contribution to Pension fund & PF every month)
The due date for payment of PF is : before the 15th of the next month
The due date of filing monthly return is 25th of every month.

Thanks alot for the nice informations posted , Could u please explain or provide the reference for the details to be furnished in form 10 for the memeber leaving, will it be information of the people left in same month for we are filing return( says the people left in April in the return for April to be filed in May or the details of precedding month in this case for March),
The reference of the clause in EPF Act is as follow:
In this connection, we draw your attention to para 36(2) of the EPF Scheme 1952 stating :

"Every employer shall send to the Commissioner within fifteen days of the close of each month a return -
(a) in form 5, of the employees qualifying to become members of the Fund for the first time during the preceding month together with the declarations in Form 2 furnished by such qualifying employees, and
(b) in such form as the Commissioner may specify of the employees leaving service of the employer during the preceeding month"
