It is quite difficult to help without background infromation - If you can give information on the context it will be useful.
TCE as an abbreviation can mean many things- Total Cost of Employees to Tata Consulting Engineers.
Taleo is again a very unfamiliar word - are you using any software from Taleo?

I have an interview today.In the job responsibilities,they have mentioned like below.
Standard and ad-hoc Taleo reporting
Performs Taleo tasks e.g. dispatch requisition, posting requisition etc.
Maintaining TCE
Thats the reason, I want to chk the exact thing.

I feel that the company you have applied has a specific software from Taleo. If you still have time you can visit the site:

However since not much time is there I suggest you can mention that you will be able to learn the software based on expereince of the recruitment process in your present and earlier employment. In case you have experience of some other software you can describe its features to them in interview.
