Oh my dear,
You have taken my memories back to my school days when I was in class 3 or 4. We used to play the similar game. We used to play it with a piece of paper folded twice in a square shape . Ask friends to think of a no. then show one face of the folded paper for colour and other the house in which it is there and could give the answer right which the friend had thought of.
The good difference is that now it is on an excel sheet.

The logic:
1. There are total 25 nos. on the panel
2. Only five nos. are there in each color.
3. Every hut has six nos. and each has only one no. of a particular housed in it. Each hut also has a no. which is just to confuse and does not belong to the original panel from which you thoughtof the no. In this game these nos. are 30,26,28,27,and 29.
Oh Sorry, i am going in too detail to explain the logic.
I hope the rest can be understood. Do some brainstorming      or else it will not remain game anymore. Still if u r unable 2 understand, plese let me know. It is so simple.

Thanx for the wonderful version of the game.
