Warning letters are based on the clauses of the appointment letters of the employees. If an employee is absent without prior intimation in writing then he/she is liable for discplinary action subject to the laws or clauses.The warning letter takes the reference of the same.

Thanks a lot for the letter . Well i exactly want to write is ,one of my employee is not regular to this duty and all the time giving me some excuses for half day leave or full
day leave moreover when i asked him to fill up the leave application form he hardly does
and he is been very iriregular all now a days and no intimation call also .so i want to send him a warning letter which he should not repeat him anymore otherwise and should maintain the punctuality
But base on the appointment letter anybody can't take sudden leave apart from sick leave and should informed earlier if required .

Hi,
i am supposed to give a warning letter to an employee who is fond of drinking alcohol anyhowly.
recently he was robbed of a company car at gun point and due to his habit of drinking everyday, he was not able to write a correct statement at the police station.
and as such he the company was not able to be compensaated by the insurer because of the wrong statement he gave at the police station
