hi everyone,
i wanted some examples of various parameters that can be put in the scorecard. next i was wondering on how to give weightages to the four parameters like - business process, learning, financial aspect and customer part.
and how does the scorecard actually look like

i am working on the HR scorecard only .......
but am not really clear as to whether it should be in line with a balanced score card or not or is it on seperate format....
