Thanks for sharing the 6 thinking hats concept. This concept can be applied for effective group meetings for decision making.
When group meetings are conducted we could draw these 6 columns and each participant wears a particular color and expresses his views. Then again they change the color of their hats and express their views so that each participant has worn all the six colors and commented.
This compilation will reduce the discussion time more than 50% and quality of conclusion and the consensus will be much better.
