The recruiter should always keen on his/ her work.
the person should have a convincing skill If he/ she belongs to the consulting and the person should manage the boss as well as interview candidates, If there is a change of interview schedule... or else If the one is working in a corporate na, the person should be always cool....
Anyone who plays a role of HR should be always tension free... cool....
At last the recruiter should be smart enough in his/her work.
