Hi Cool,
This project can be viewed from various aspects:-
* The current HR practices
* Innovative practices
The first one is pretty predictable in terms of compensation & giving them good assignments, creating good work culture..etc
Would suggest to you to focus on the real stuff ..sometime back my colleague forwarded me the idea that model "Where You'll Be in 2 years from now" to the potential talented employees
This would cover the areas like:-
a.. Skills you are likely to gain/improve
b.. The type of projects you're likely to work on
c.. The level of people you're likely to be exposed to
d.. The type of flexible work options you might have
e.. The economic rewards you are likely to get
It's A Profile, Not A Promise
This is designed to show the kind of opportunities top performer might experience ..
Hope this gives some food for a thought..
Cheers,
Rajat
The profile can be developed based on information obtained
through a series of interviews, surveys, and focus groups with top performers and their managers (in this targeted job classification).

Dear all,
Some of us have often repeated that people posting for questionnaires for their projects (on any topic) should first do their homework and then decide upon the aim and objectives (preferably, in consultation with the host organisation), and then prepare or seek a questionnaire to suit the aims, etc.
