Hi,
I am working as an HR from past 4 months and got the responsibilty to prepare a project on PIP(pERFORMANCE iMPROVEMENT PLAN) for my people.
We already have a policy on PIP. The only concern is that we want to streamline the procedure among all the assistant managers. This is a BPO with 26 teams and hence as I am doing a survey finding people with differnt procedures about the same. Please give me some suggestions how to make an effective project may be on powerpoint. This isa first time I am doing such thing. Please give me some ideas ....
