Dear Tina,
I have attached manual on V & A. You can take inputs from this to prepare manual for you.
I have not used this manual, therefore, I cannot comments on its efficacy. I got it from one of the HR forums and the same I am passing on it to you.
By the way I take this opportunity to introduce me. I am Bangalore-based freelance soft skill and behavioural trainer. I have clients across the spectrum of industries and across the spectrum of cities - that includes Mumbai as well.
To know more about my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure. Should there be any requirement of soft skill or behavioural training, I can fulfill it very well.
