Thanks for the reply... but I am not looking for a mail which is sent by the employee on his last day of work... I am looking for some format in which the HR can mail the whole organisation that Mr. XYZ is no longer working with us....

ok...let me check i will post it. but it is so simple when you will introduce his/her successor just mentioned the replecement also if it is the case or simple inform to all.
