Basically induction is the very first stepstone for the new joinee in any org. from where she/he get to know the blueprint of the org. with whom she/he is going to associate. A well planned induction is commonly made on MS-Powerpoint also the same is very user friendly if made in powerpoint presentation it should include every policy/rules/some short description of the HOD's/company history/financial result/clients/strength of manpower/company achievements and recoginition/key person to contact in case of any problem or emergency etc...
