My head went spinnin after readin it??????
A 10 year old boy, had eaten pineapple about 15 days back, and fell
sick, from the day he had eaten. Later when he had his Health check
done... doctors diagnosed that he had AIDS.
His parents couldn't believe it.....Then the entire family under went
a Checkup... none of them suffered from Aids. So the doctors checked
again with the boy if he had eaten out...The boy said 'yes'. He had
pineapple that evening. Immediately a group from Mallya hospital went
to the pineapple vendor to check.
They found the pineapple seller had a cut on his finger while cutting
the pineapple , his blood had spread into the fruit.
When they had his blood checked...the guy was suffering from AIDS
..... But he himself was NOT aware. Unfortunately the boy is suffering
f rom it now.
Please take care while u eat on the road side (particularly tasty vada
pav & Paani Puri) . and pls fwd this mail to your dear one's.

Ya its always good to be cautious while eating outside foods......
Basically i am not a doctor 2 tell u exactly about these kind of things but as per to my knowledge the virus of AIDS will die in few micro seconds once it is getting exposed to outer atmosphere.........
So being an management graduate i can tell u i don have complete information in this regard and at the same time i want to tell u not to be over cautious and get frightened unnecessarily....
But we always needed to be very careful when it comes to food.....

This is something new Ive heard. I know the virus spreads through Sexual contact, sharing contaminated intravenous needles & blood transfusion. It also spreads through breast feeding if the mother has it, so will the child get it.
But this is something new Ive heard. When you eat food from outside, you have to be careful as you might get Hepatitis A with contaminated food.
Im no expert at this but this is something I really dont believe. Maybe the boy caught it from somewhere else.
For me and for most of us, I think it is wise to always read up on these diseases and understand the causes of it. It's better as we shouldnt create panic.

AIDS cannot spread like this. AIDS could have afflicted the boy only under the following conditions
1) he had a sore/cut in his mouth/hands
2) there was no time gap between the fruit vendor handling the fruit and consumption
if either clause did not occur, then AIDS could not have been transferred

we aLL know that aids spreads thro some thing like blood trans,uncommon sex, etc.
but we should also beleive, that the reaserch is not complete yet. there may means by which it spreads still not known to us.
i just conclude by saying we shud be care ful enough. y at all we shud eat roadside. avoid it and b safe
