I am working for BPO. I am really feeling bad though i have all the required potential,i am not getting proper recognition and i have a feeling that my communication skill is little low.
How to comeacross from these two issues.

For you to get recognition you need to have good communication skills and to improve on same, start watching english movie and news channel and start practicing the impressing way of communicating and expressing your ideas. Dont change your accent let that be neutral.
