I have resigned from my old company j.b.c.p.l. in April 2007. they have told me that they will send me the PF withdrawal form to withdraw my pf. But they have done nothing till now. what can i do? can i withdraw pf directly by my self?

Hi U can meet them personally and ask for withdrawl forms or go to the pf office from where u can take the withdrawl forms and get it filled up from ur previous employer. Best wishes Prabhakar Rao.M

This is ur problem to withdraw your PF not the companies problem.
You should go to the PF office take a form, fill it and take sign from your employer then submit it to PF office.
You will get the amount in your bank account within 3 months.

Do you really need the money right now ?
Cause if you dont you can continue with the same account in your new organisation
Just get your PF Account no and inform your new employer
You dont have to open a new PF account
Also no employer can cheat you of your PF
So dont worrry about not getting it
I would strongly suggest you to continue with the same PF Acount
