I am forwarding u PPS of PF and regarding ESIC the amount limit is 10000 if an employee has salary above 10000 then ESIC is not applicable for him.
and the total contribution for ESIC is 6.5%
For that Employee contribution is 1.75%
and the Employer contribution is 4.75%
