My Ex Employer based in NCR is refusing my Incentive upon Exit. While resigning I was assured that it would be included in FnF. Plus it is mentioned on my salary slip as well. However on bank statement it was never credited. I have tried sending email to labours commissioner as well but no revert from them. I have my salary slip as a proof. However they are denying it all. Anyone please help or suggest something.
